but why do y'all feel its impossible for him to improve...especially after the praise he's received from unbiased "experts"? He proved in '09 he's capable of having a decent season.

Yes, absolutely there are others to blame... not just JJ. I have said a hundred times JJ has had plenty of help screwing up last season.
BOTH QBs have had plenty of help screwing up. I have NEVER defended JJ singly... and have said a few times he hasn't played well. But I always say BOTH QBs.... not just JJ.
I dare anyone to find a link where I said JJ played well as a whole... or that he's a good QB. I may have said he's played well at times. How is that not a fact? But somehow idiots like Rudy think I'm a JJ supporter.
I'm an LSU supporter (not a supporter of a single QB) and I'm observant enough to notice there was more than 1 person to blame than either QB for the offensive troubles. And the offense will NOT improve drastically with ANY QB on the roster currently, unless EVERYONE plays better.
How is this not a fact? How is this being confused for defending JJ only? Some people are so full of hatred, that if you don't fully agree with them, then you must be a JJ fanboi.
During the past few weeks I have stated, basically, only 2 points.
1. JJ AND JL have had plenty of help screwing up. (FACT)
2. Rudy is an Idiot Hater. (again FACT)

which part of JJ's mouth/words does others have a hand in? ..........just curious.
Im not even going to get into the actual play on the field concerning others to blame.. anyone who has played ball knows that any sport is a team game and it takes all to make things go, however I will say our offenseive line was better than 09 and so was our running game... the only position on the field that went backwards instead of frwds was qb.
And speaking of the "improvement" deal.. whats really funny is I remember after 08 season nobaody wanted to extend Jlee the same courtesey.. The really F'ked up part of it is JLEE was a FRESHMAN going into his soph season.... JJ is a Jr going into his SR year.
One would think a younger first year player would show more improvement going into his second season than older third year player goin into his last... Thats just me though.

I thought you were referring to game play. But if you were referring to what he said, He wasn't blaming anyone else... he said he was starter hands down. And no I don't have a problem with that statement as he IS the starter hands down.

I think you are giving him too much credit. He has NOTHING else to offer this forum than bashing JJ.
At least Tigerlee has seemed a little better at conversation. At least he isn't calling someone a JJ fanboi just cause they don't agree completely with him... although he started of pretty bad by insulting me when he clearly misread what I said.

earlier you said I had problems with reading comprehension... this is interesting.
I clearly said just a few mins ago that whats happened to JJ is MANIFESTATION of things he has done and said over a couple years.
If he had been a relativley low key, dont say stupid things type player... I as most prob the majority of othere posters wouldnt have much problem with this paticular thread/qoute.
Its the accumulation of things he has said that make me and others react the way we do.

But the thing is, none of the stuff he says is that bad. Some people just like to be over dramatic. JJ saying he is starter, is exactly what you want him to say. Yet people make it a bad thing. And the point made was if JL said it, people would be lauding him. But since it wasn't JL... the bashing ensues.

JJ has said some utterly stupid things, worst part it is most was last season when his play on the field didnt exactly match up.
