ONLY in his dreams, JJ can hit that pass Lee made to the corner, on which the receiver was held on the first one, and Lee made the same pass again, and it was a TD.

JJ put a smile on my face.

It's a damn shame that the only retorts people have are clear logical fallacies. Like I've said before, if frogs had wings, you wouldn't trip when you lick them.

No one wants to see JJ play terribly. It's the simple fact of the matter that he is playing terribly and JL has more success than JJ.

Kind of like enjoying the lesser of two evils! Except the lesser evil is looking ok at the moment

He is in denial and these stupid comments are pissing me off. He's not a team player.

I have no respect for presumably grown men taking personal shots at student athletes on an anonymous message board.

What personal shots have been taken towards JJ? Just because someone is critical of his performance, or questions his way of thinking does not a personal shot make. If he is man enough to accept the accolades of winning and being the man, then he should also have skin thick enough to accept warranted criticism. Please tell me you do agree his production, comments, and attitude all merit criticism - Correct?

Being a team player is all about what is best for the team. Unfortunately, his performance to date this season has strayed from this ideal. His tantrums on the sideline, blaming everyone else for his mistakes, his snide comments and non-support towards JLee are all traits not conducive towards winning. I just hope Miles has a serious talk with him before he becomes the fly in the ointment.

After Florida, you could really see this team coming together as One Solid Unit - Offense, Defense, and Special Teams. That was not present for McNeese. I just pray that's a result of the sandwich game, and not the rumblings of a disruptive element in the locker room.

cut the guy some slack, he's been put in a very tough situation by the staff and likely has no one mentoring him on how to handle it.

This has been my feeling ever since I watched Jefferson throw a fricking fit when he was pulled in the UT game.

Actually the spoiled brat analogy is spot on IMO. JL seems years older than JJ rather than months. It's sad really because the young man could carry this delusional attitude onward into life which is much more important than any game. If JL had been handed the vanilla offense LSU ran last year with a decent defense in '08 there is no question in my view he'd be a four year starter at LSU. Losing his starting job after the injury against OM in '08 was a cop-out by the coaches who did not want to shoulder their rightful share of the blame for all the INT's.

im afraid this could happen too, and now wouldnt be a good time for it to happen...thats why he needs to sit JJ now...otherwise he may piss off one of those lineman and get smacked...

I'm really not sure about this......

then you're an idiot.

People want the tigers to win. Onl;y the JJ cheerleaders ONLY want JJ to be the one to do it.

diaf.

Ok, dont get me wrong here...if he were to "Light it up" i would definately be happy because the tigers are winning and would prob be unstoppable IF that were to happen...

but, given his attitude, expressions and things he's said to the media and him throwing his teammates and OC under the bus with his comments. I dont think he's deserved to succeed yet (I think you gotta see the bottom before you see the top) (and when I mean bottom, life altering self reflection)...its not a racial thing because i loved it when Rohan came in and took over from Booty...I remember the hard work he put in and how the team played for Rohan....those guys hated Booty, I wanted the guy that the rest of the team wanted in there...that shows me who has worked harder and who's earned it..you earn the respect of your teammates you've earned mine...and I dont believe for one second that JJ has earned theirs...Just seems like he wouldnt learn his lesson if the above scenario were to happen (thats my point i was trying to make)

I could be dead wrong but I stated my opin..so...let me have it...idc

Another poster put it best when he spoke of how if JJ doesnt learn his lessons now it will hurt him in the game of life and life is more important than a damn football game...I thought he was spot on...
