We lived in BR for several years. Knew Forrest and his family well. Kids went to school with Forrest and his sister. My son and he were in the same class, but we moved after my son finished 6th grade.

Boat: As to the rules, I think it is weird that the starter can pitch several quality innings and not get the win because he doesn't go the full 5, but, as I understand it, if the reliever comes in an pitches just one inning, he could recieve the win. Also, what if the reliever comes in in the 5th with a 6-1 lead and then pitches well, but not great, and gets pulled 3 innings later with the score 6-5? If the team holds on to win 6-5 does the first reliever still get the win?
