Thanks for the update. I know they had said construction for the SEZ expansion would begin in August but that never actually seems to happen.

I don't know how hard it is but I'd hope they can transplant them somewhere else on campus. There most likely keeping the rest of them it appears.
I also agree with most posters, they should do that north endzone paint job all around the stadium. Replace all the windows, redo the inside bathrooms in the lower bowl( most important IMO) and finally admit they f'ed up and fix those bars and that motha freaking pipe

Not sure if this has been asked but what is that wall to the far left that seems to be by itself for? It is inbetween two pillars and just looks random.
Also, does anyone have pictures of the new gates at the NEZ? I thought they were doing the same thing there but I haven't seen any pictures other than artist renderings.

It will tie in to the iron gating and more pillars on the other side of the wall.

Some of the gating is scheduled for this phase but the gating right outside of the workout facilities is suppose to be done next year.

I think it was always planned to be there. It's the Champion's Wall and it's suppose to have a huge mural of JJ on it.

Yea, I don't see a cement, or whatever it is, wall behind the iron gate all the way to the left. It looks awkward but I am sure there is a reason it is there just wondering what it is.

For some reason I thought I saw like one picture a little while back that the same work that's being done there at the West entrance was being done at the student entrance. The renderings show gates 8 and 9 as well as the student entrance getting the same update as the West side. I use gate 9 so I guess I'll see in September.

I just double-checked and the entire NEZ side is suppose to be in the next phase. For some reason I thought they were doing some of it this year, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
