but also, UK could shoot these same 2nd half 3s with no defenders on the floor and wouldn't go 7/7. there is absolutely a luck component involved as well

Everything that happens on that court is on Wade. This has been an issue throughout his entire time here. He has to figure this out.

Refs didn’t help us at all tonight either. But it pisses me off that every time we hit a 3 it feels like luck and when every other team hits one it feels normal. We need shooters

Does it even strike Wade that maybe I should recruit some guys who can shoot the 3 really well and stop getting undersized power forwards and placing them at center?

Dude it's every game. It's not always luck.
Yeah 100% is absurd, but most everyone scores nearly at will from 3 against LSU.

Maybe this team isn’t as close as last years, or Wade didn’t coach any defense in the offseason. Either way, this team is so bad at playing team defense. They just don’t play together well at all. Bigby-Williams masked A LOT of defensive issues last year too.

I agree. At some point you’ve got to stop asking 6’6” guys to play out of position. Being athletic can only get you so far. And can we just get one knock down shooter?
