I'm not gonna knock him for blazin up...but if you choose to do that and are a celeb of some kind that happens to hold an honor such as the LSU Sports Hall of Fame...be smart enough to limit it to the confines of your own home.

Getting caught with either is a bad reflection on the person who gets caught. Having that kind of trouble as the lead story on the NFL page for cnnsi.com is not a good thing. It makes me sad because it reflects poorly on LSU. This is the kind of conduct I associate with Miami. I don't want LSU to get a bad rep

Give me a break really pot and crack are one in the same, okay enough said. you sir are an idiot if you really believe this. One is a misdemeanor and the other a felony but they are the same thing good call dumbass.

If you can't see the difference between a highly addictive man-made controlled substance that destroys lives and a natural god-created plant that relaxes peole and eases stress then you are blind.

To who? He is a grown man. He is a stupid rich NFL football player. That is another reason I don't watch or care about PRO football...

It was a misdemeanor, meaning he probably had a couple of joints. No big deal.

Useing your line of reasoning a cherry bomb would be the same thing legally as a zip up vest of C-4.

Wacked out views like this is why Marijuana is still illegal. Sometimes I really don't like people very much.

Your insult proves my point. Do you really want to argue that the severity of the crime makes a difference other than the severity of the punishment? They are both crimes. I'm not sure I'd want to brag that I only had a couple of misdemeanors on my record and no felonies. That would not make my mother proud.

Why don't you form a lobby group and make all crimes felonies. Then make another group to make all convictions punishable by death. It'll slow down the speeders on I-10 and probably save lives. Hooray!

Somewhere I must have given the wrong impression. I'm not in favor of increasing penalties for pot smoking. My only point is that I don't want LSU to get a reputation for graduating a bunch of dope heads.

That's funny. I'm sure you're right because I haven't seen any other headlines about LSU alums being arrested for smoking pot at concerts.
