I was at Speicher, and my internet connection was WAAAAY too slow to stream anything. ESPN360 won't register you as "eligible" because all of the servers go through Germany. The MWRs will have most of the televised games on, and the DFACs will have big screens, usually one sports, one news and one movies (and if only two, drop the movies).
LiveStats was an option that I did use to get play-by-play for a couple of games last year.
