If he's not, and he really thinks/talks that way and that's natural for him, that explains alot about his coaching style

It makes since either way.
Uh....the proper word would be sense.

I lived in Connecticut for awhile and people thought i talked odd too....didnt make me wrong or stupid though.
I lived in Kent Connecticut for 3 years and your spelling of the word "since", meaning "sense", does make you wrong. Just saying.

It's not that we don't understand what he is saying but seriously who else actually speaks that way? Really. Name one other person.

That is soo fu cking lame.
Maybe lots of people in Michigan tawk thet way brah.
Damn you people are so fu cking provincial.
It's really funny and sad at the same time. Some of you have no clue that there is a world.

Not questioning his dialect. Just the way that he uses words and phrases that most people don't use. It just seems like his thought process is diffrent. I ask you to find a quote from another coach that expresses himself in a similar way.
quote:
"We had some deep balls that were not necessarily complete, but taken from us by the day."
Have you ever heard another coach on any level use these words to explain incomplete passes caused by the wind?
Posted on 3/16/10 at 11:53 pm to TigahRanter
If he has a great season, most of the people on this thread will forget about the way he phrases things and his dialect, etc... Just another excuse to bitch about something that doesn't amount to a hill of beans, whether he's winning or losing.
I think his way is entertaining, myself, win or lose, but I sure wouldn't lose sleep over it, if I didn't.

No...have you ever heard some of the phrases Bobby Bowden has used?
Again...it doesn't matter....at all. But i guess some of you have to find something to bitch and moan about during the offseason.

That confuses me...Anyone else think it confused him?
Posted on 3/17/10 at 12:41 am to SaintsXLIV
Well Bowden is 81 years old. I guess he has a reason for mindless speech.

Miles is BOMB-DIGGITY-BOOM when it comes to explanations!

I really don't, but the problem is when he says things like this to the national media, it makes LSU look bad. But as long as he wins, he can sound like rain man for all I care.
The only thing that does concern me about that quote is what if its windy during an actual game? Will they still call deep passes knowing what happened at this practice? You never know with Crowton.

Sounds like our QB's are sucking at making adjustments.
