I will tell you like i have told everyone on this board. You can argue with it or whatever. Saban's players are gone. End of Story. It hurts to know the truth, but it is what it is. Expect nothing better than 8-4 next season.

As far as i know, Saban has won 2 national championships. Saban has went undefeated in SEC twice in a row. If you are saying that Miles's recruiting classes are higher than Saban's then why is BAMA on top right now in CFB. If Miles is such a good coach then how come his best record at LSU is 10-2 with loaded talent.
First, you know damn well that Saban has won the BCS twice in the past 7 seasons. My 5-year-old twin boys even know it. I'm gonna leave all of your recruiting issues for others, though I'm certain (having read this post) that you're higher than Alabama and LSU combined.
Next, Miles' best record at LSU isn't 10-2 (in fact, Miles hasn't even had a 10-2 season here). But, LSU has gone 11-2 TWICE (Miles' first two years here), and then finished 12-2 in the BCS Championship season in 2007.

Miles last two seasons with higher recruiting classes 16-8.
Saban last two seasons with lower recruiter classes 24-0.
Where are you getting these freaking numbers? In the last two seasons, LSU's record is 17-9 (8-5 and 9-4) while 'Bama's is 26-2 (14-0 and 12-2).
You know, there's this popular TV program my kids watch weekdays that has this Dracula character named "The Count" (for reasons you might figure out). You really should have a want to look into it. Wouldn't rely on Miles and his staff when it comes to numbers...
Finally, "loaded talent?" Well, I guess we should rehab those players ASAP, so we can really challenge Alabama this year.

I respect the man's efforts on behalf of my team, I choose not to spend my forum time bashing on the LSU coach on an LSU forum, and I choose not to believe that Miles would intentionally seek to insult/hide from/avoid contact with an LSU fan on the LSU campus.
If you equate that with my having a "mancrush, knock yourself out.
Best post here in about a month, though it may be wind-aided since you're responding to the other "Michigan Man." (Check out pg. 7 for his masterpiece on the latest Miles/Saban thread; he may have taken your advice and was still reeling from it...

Let it play out. He will fix what is broken and or he will pay the price of the fan base and what is college football. Les is a good man and liked by the players. He just needs to kick some butt when needed of both the players and coaches. If not his butt will be the one rolling down the street to a new world.

Please read my post again.

Comparing Saban and Miles is useless. The question is Miles slipping a little bit? The concern I see is we continue to have top 10 recruiting classes. The offensive line, defensive line, and quarterback are struggling. There seems to be no game plan on offense. Point blank is the recruiting overated or players not developing?
