I am not in favor of firing Trent Johnson, I'm still hoping for the best. But he better not sit on those scholarships in hopes of getting better players in the future. Trent needs to win big next year. He doesn't have the luxury of building for the future.
Not making the tournament for 3 straight years is bad. But winning 5 SEC games total for 2 years, and then missing the tournament in the 3rd year with the PMAC at about 25% compacity is just sad.

I can't see us being much better by losing Storm and gaining Malik Morgan, unless he really is that good.

I've watched LSU since Pistol Pete. I've seen what's possible. Your window is evidence that something isn't working now, however. I guess it's all perspective.

At least three times a game, Turner penetrates over the top to about the 12 foot spot straight ahead and instead of pulling up, kicks it to someone in the short corner. It angers me to no end he hasn't figured out that he can shoot that.
I expected this loss. LSU will finish 7-9 and not play in the postseason.

If he's good enough to keep stringer on the bench for most of the game, then we'll be in good shape, imo.
