So, when did Les discover that last yr.the coaching staff failed to give meaningful game experience to back up QBs despite several blow out wins?
This is not a new circumstance and it was avoidable.
Now it appears we are scrambling desperately to address a persistent failure to develop QBs.

i don't see it this way at all.... if anything, i think their insistance on getting multiple QBs as a great thing.... it shows they learned from the clusterfrick of the situation that was presented when Perilloux was dismissed and we had last season play out....
You can blame RP for 2008, and perhaps 2009. It is not his fault that JJ couldn't develop into a consistent passer, and confident leader in FOUR years.

i don't think Randall, save for injuries to guys ahead of him, ever takes meaningful snaps at QB for LSU
and you know this how?? have you been to practice? do you sit down and talk about the playbook and reading defenses with this guy??

Rivers has come a long way
how would you know?? unless you're krag or CLM, you have no idea what the development of these players is... stop spewing out opinions like they're facts when you have no idea what's truly going on

I am starting to wonder about the coaches too ...
That would give us 5 QBs ????

Les Miles could quite possibly the worst in the NCAA at managing the QB position.

How about Todd Blackledge? Is he available? Are we recruiting him too? How about Kerry Collins?

They cost us at some point! Not this year though.

So he won't count next year either?

for the eleventy thousandth time...he counts this year. But because we were under 25/85 we don't have to reduce next year. But he does take a spot in the 85, now and for every subsequent year that he's here.
