We should play each school in Louisiana each year. That would be the fair way. Why shouldn't Nicholls State deserve to get their asses kicked and get that big pay check?

In other sports. None of which come close to sniffing football. None of which have only 12 possible regular season games to make count.
If we play southern and we crush them, "well it's only southern". If we treat it like a scrimmage and don't crush them "well they couldn't even put up points on southern."
Neither help us in the polls.

Southern fans maybe.
LSU fans prefer the thrill of actual good games, for the most part, and that is who the Football program should be geared towards.
