Yes, my entire premise of this was to bash Ridley. Yup that's it you POS. I like how you qouted me calling Ridley idiotic when in fact I never did in that other thread too.
I know you are likely related to Ridley or from near his hometown, but give it a rest.
My point was about people claiming our running game is back. We ran BETTER against UW last year in our opener.
Also, my point was statistically the games were similar in that we had less plays, scored about the same, gave up about the same and yardage-wise were similar.
They played out completely differently, and I wasn't meaning this post to be a "It's exactly the same thing", but it is quite interesting that statistically outside of the turnovers, we had the same results.
And as for the running game, we defended it well. It didn't hurt that we actually got sacks this year though. We had nearly 60 yards erased from their rushing total because of the sacks and bad snaps.

i personally think ridley is a solid back, and offers us some value, but i don't want him as our feature back. While he cuts well, i don't think he has the power of scott, or the speed of keiland.....He is a good grinder....perhaps...but we need a mix (other than shepard) to give us some explosiveness from our every down back....just my opinion. I don't know what the frick is up with ford, but i hope they don't misuse him like keiland was misused...but yeah, you are always starting shite and putting bs like that on here.....the NC game did not remind me of the UW game at all. SAve ridleys blunders, and lsu wins that game minimum 44-17.

You've got to be fricking kidding me? You do realize that we aren't going to get those plays when we play teams that aren't missing their entire DL and DBs basically, right? Seriously?
The point was we scored 3 times on offense. 2 big plays, which while nice, aren't going to hide the pile of shite our offense put out there. The other was off a turnover that gave us the ball at their 30.
Fact is that our offense is still shite just like last year and while our OL is slightly (and not by much) improved, our RBs seem to think they are playing hot potato. KW's only fumble came when he broke his freaking ankle. Ridley fumbled twice tonight for no reason other than being an [/[b]b] idiot and same for Murphy. Playcalling was horrible, and while JJ seemed improved in some ways, he seems to have regressed in others.

I said being an idiot on that play is why he lost the ball. People have stupid moments and that was one of the stupidest by a RB in that situation I had ever seen holding the ball like that. Does that make him a total idiot? No. Kid seems smart and a good guy, but on that play he was an idiot.
I think the kid is a good RB and has potential, but you are the one turning any thread that doesn't suck his dick into a "You are totally bashing Ridley" thread, not me.

Another similarity between LSU/UW 2009 vs LSU/UNC 2010 is how quickly LSU fans started talking up the other team after the game. I remember people last year saying UW could contend for the national title, or at least win 11 games. they ended up rather mediocre.

The problem that woories me is how teams we should blow out have twice as many offensive plays ran than we do. no defense is good for 4 quarters when they play that many downs, our offensive struggles are affecting the strong point of our team which is our defense.

No, you take any criticism of him as a player to heart and feel its unwarranted. The second fumble was just a stupid play given the circumstances a leader and great running back who had the audacity to criticize his teammate (Ford) in public about not being ready sure didn't look like he had a good understanding.
On that play, he was an idiot. If you can't accept that, it is your choice. I think he's got potential, but nearly let his entire team down because he made a stupid and inexcusable mistake and is being lauded for a good, but not great game.

Also funny how the Ridley E-knights forget that his fumble in the bowl game was the difference in the game. For some reason, he hasn't learned after it already cost the team a game once.
And remind me a game how a thread comparing similarities in the two games statistically is entirely a veil just to attack Ridley? Seems like you have way too much defense for Ridley to not have a direct connection to the kid.

I was talking of near 200 yards rushing vs UNC, not UW. We have got to quit fumbling the ball and I hope (that like the other teams in CFB) this is a week one type thing.
If we don't cough the ball up we rush for way over 200 yards against a strong front 7. I'm extremely optimistic about our running game this yaer
