Unless I'm reading this wrong, you're showing LSU's total offense and total defense against their opponents same stat (offense-to-offense and defense-to-defense). Wouldn't it be better to compare LSU defense to the average offense it faced i.e.: LSU Total Defense #32 and the average offense they played at 62.3?

You are reading it correctly. In hindsight, that may have been a better way to format it.

I'd recommend moving your stats around.

Show that LSU has the #1 offense against an average #58.5 in defenses.

And that OU has the #2 offense against an average #82 in defenses.

I'm a realist man. If they were better, I'd say it. Just like I'm willing to say that LSU is the better team than Oklahoma.

It is absolutely ridiculous to suggest that Texas' offense is better than OU's.

How exactly would that "upset" us? Texass is 7-6 and had to survive a pillow fight game with KU.

I guess you could make an argument that the Alabama offense is better than OU's offense
Bama's offense with Tua scares me (only weakness is TE). OU's offense doesn't. They will score some points, but not nearly enough. Stingley will limit Lamb, the safeties will limit Hurts' running, you will score 20's to 30's. Bama is WAY more scary with their 4 WRs and Najee.

We will win by 21+, your D is roughly equivalent to Ole Miss. We will put up 50+, I am not even kidding.
