I watched the game live on tv and rewatched the whole thing again last night..damn good game.
Besides Canada bending over Venables, another thing of note is Watson breaking the ACC passing record in that game. Hope he lights Bama up if they meet again.

Deshaun Watson too. But nobody here will talk about that
So Watson's picks influenced Canada's playcalling? Hmm. Interesting.

IMO, this is the very definition of a coach. Anyone married to a 'system' isn't a coach, he's an ideologue.

You don't need to watch long to realize that this offense is perfect for LSU. Sooooo many things we could do and I can assure you defensive coaches are not happy with this hire. They want the simple LSU offense that they've always seen. Especially next year with it being new defenses will stack against the run like always and Canada will tear them to shreds with this offense. I wouldn't change a thing even though we have a stout OL. This offense will score lots of points and after these La athletes see it they will be lining up to play in it. What's GREAT about it is that we don't have to focus real hard on offense now, and I'm not saying don't go out and get the best you can get yes you do that but with Canada here LSU should REALLY focus on STACKING this Defense up and let this system score points and let that badass D give other offenses hell. Orgeron is looking more and more like a genius that knows exactly what he's doing. This system will do a lot of the recruiting for the offense, and La is loaded with skill players. Load up on La for skill players and go coast to coast for defense, QB and your tackles. That is what I would spend all my money and time doing. Easy money here in La for CBs, Safeties, WRs, HBs, FBs, Punter, Kickers, and OG. Go all over for ya OT, QB, DL, LB. I mean get what you can get all over but I would focus hard in these areas and spend less in the areas you know are easier to recruit. I'm sure we do this anyway but we need to spend real money and time on the best QBs, DL, LB, and OT. This is our weakest areas and we need to fix it. I trust O will do exactly that however he sees is most efficient for LSU. GT I'm pumped

It's also great for our Defense to see all these moving parts everyday in practice. It gets you ready for when the spread teams come in and you can now be well versed in all the eye candy. Aranda will have this team playing fundemental football next year and LSU as a team will be much better for it. Orgeron may take us to places we haven't seen bf and all the complaining was just ridiculous. Lol

At least mention a few times to watch. I'm not watching the entire game.
You don't tend to get a good feel for play-calling by watching the highlights.

Saban & Malzahn have adapted. Sumlin is trying to. There's probably a host of other coaches out there doing the same. It seems both Aranda and Canada are those types. It's CFB, not a free agency in the NFL. You can't always get all the pieces, and if you do there's no guarantee they are ready at same time (early departures + freshmen) or of depth.

Don't watch it buddy, if you can't take 30 minutes to skim through a video on YouTube of ur future offense that's your problem, I expected the negative comments, their on every post someone make, always got a few negative ppl
