Injuries happen, dude. Every freaking team deals with them. Thomas played in 3 SEC games and we got beat by a combined 36 points in those games. He played 30+ minutes against Texas Tech too and we got beat by 24. LSU has beaten 4 winning teams this year and 2 of those teams are just 1 game above .500. I so wanted McMahon to succeed, but he has been atrocious. Give it up. 3 atrocious years in 4 lackluster seasons is enough of a sample.

Wade year 1 we lose one of our top 2 returning players (Brandon Sampson), he never fully recovers yet we get to the NIT.
Year 2 we lose Wayde Sims (RIP) and part time starter Daryl Edwards for the season and we go on to win 28 games, the SEC and reach the sweet 16
Year 3 we lose Charles Manning for half the season and Marlon Taylor for 10 games. We finish 2nd in the SEC
Year 4 Charles Manning misses all but 6 games, O’Neal only plays in 10 games, Johnson loses his mind and quits. We finish 3rd in the SEC and barely lose in the 2nd round to Michigan
Year 5 Pinson and O’Neal miss significant time. Days, Eason, Murray and fudge all miss SEC games. We get the 6 seed in the Midwest
But “muh Mcmahon is the only coach who’s ever had an injured player so it’s fine if he’s a basement dweller every year”

You moron, I never said you weren’t an SLU fan. Your entire rebuttal is nonsensical. It’s just a temper tantrum to avoid the question. I asked why do you pretend to be an LSU fan. If you want to deny that you haven’t been simping for McMahon well that’s just a lie, my question was why are you doing that.

I simply stated that it looks like LSU is keeping McMahon. If that’s “simping” for McMahon then you are even dumber than I thought. The fact is, snowflake, that possibility of McMahon being retained upsets you but your underdeveloped brain doesn’t allow you to process that like a grown up.
