Who said there's no problem?...i just don't think firing Miles is the way to fix it. But let the sheep blame Miles...its the easy thing to do.

Sorry - WE THOUGHT Ole Miss was a top 5 team as well as Ga would be better. We BARELY beat Miss State and Wash (who won 5 games). This is/was not a great coaching performance.
As will any coach in the SEC tell you...you can loose to any team in the SEC. Yeah Ole Miss was over rated but it is a big rivalry game...that game is always close. As far as Georgia, Miss St., and Washington...there is nothing wrong with grinding out a victory on the road. THAT is LSU football...grinding out hard earned, tough WINS. We did a lot of that in both BCSNC seasons. It takes a really special team to go through the SEC without a loss. It is harder for LSU to do it because NO ONE roots for the purple and gold. The media, the polls, the officials, and now some of our own fans. But I know most LSU fans are not like this. Crazies have overrun this board like they did the political board.

Tell me you have been impressed with his coaching for half the games this season . Tell me you haven't said wow in disbelief to more than 5 decisions he has made or hasn't made . Tell me how tickled you were to win one SEC game at home last year .
1.) We didn't fire Saban to hire Miles.
2.) The man has won 51 games in 5 seasons - a feat that's NEVER been done before.
3.) The man has led LSU to a national championship.

I defended Saban after 2002 after going 8-4 and getting bombed in the second half against Texas to go 8-5 because the defense couldn't stop them.
I defended Saban after his teams missed extra point after extra point during the five seasons he was here. i even defended him after five years of recruiting to get blown away on defense at Georgia in 2004. Saban was a good coach.
On game day, Miles does not compare to Saban. The problem with posts like this one and the hundreds of others to compare is that it takes a simplistic approach to the situation. Young QB's make mistakes. Wouldn't it have been great to have JJ as a Junior before starting? Now he will be a junior with a year of starting.
The defense will be better with what I believe more aggressive starters on the DL. I don't apologize for Miles. He has made mistakes, but no can argue against winning the NC. No one can argue that he perhaps has the best special teams in the nation and considering his bowl record against Ohio State, Miami, Notre Dame and the heavily favored Ga. Tech, do you think LSU will beat Penn State? If you do, then what do you base that on?

are these the same rent a wins like UAB ULM and others that Saban lost to. Washington beat USC and when we played them they were on a very emotional high with their first game in a new era. Mississippi State beat Ole Miss. Does any one remember the Blue Grass Miracle? Who was the coach? Should we have ever been in that situation? Who has more wins Nick or Les? We talk about Bama's obsession with the Bear isn't it time that some Tiger fans let little Nicky go? I am also amazed at the way that some Tiger fans know who to play in games and what offense to run when they know absolutely nothing about what goes on in practice. Its is real easy to complain even when you are winning. Keep talking your crap especially if you personally know a recruit and then watch your self fulfilling prophecies come true. Les does nothing but win. Get off the Buddy Songy negative train and see what's actually going on.

This. These posts crying for Saban and whining for Miles have gotten rather tiresome. We get the point. Move on!

We need another thread like this one, like we need to see Obama on the cover of another magazine. OMG, enough is enough.
