individually you can argue stats all you want but as a team the offense hasn't missed a beat with JJ in over lee.

Moron. I have not heard one comment out of the mouths of either Jarret Lee or Spencer Ware about playing time.
Many LSU fans are upset not because Lee has been removed as the starter, but because he has been absolutely removed...and despite the fact that JJ played poorly in the first half of the Arkansas game, and as bad as a QB can play in the 1st half of the Georgia game.
To top it off, Les didn't put Lee in on senior night until most of the crowd was gone and the game had been over for more than a quarter...and then made him go out for his one and only snap at the end of the Georgia game that had been effectively over since the beginning of the 4th quarter.
Most reasonable fans feel that if Lee has done something worthy of multigame punishment, Mettenberger should be getting reps because it makes no sense to punish a senior in this way...just move to the next guy.
Regarding Ware, fans can complain about his playing time when he is run out to play the safety back in the victory formation as his only snaps in the game.
