No, the other 5.2% became disoriented and picked Middle Tennessee State.

You take a sample size of 6 of your buddies and come to the conclusion that nobody is picking LSU?

OK?, thats pretty close, and I was saying that 8/9 is really hard to pick and if you find a poll, its going to say 50/50, 49/51, 48/52, around there, and that there really is no favorite and is a coin flip and the hardest game to pick, which is why the polls are so close

It's just an internet thread with an observation.
Let's see how the line changes and what happens in the game.
I think Champagne just became a Butler fan

I would argue the opposite

Right, and the ESPN poll is accurate...not. That's based on, mostly, how many fans from each school is voting for their team.
I'd take the Vegas odds as a more accurate reflection. Of course, a 2.5 point spread is basically a dead even bet in basketball.
LSU will beat Butler by more than 2.5 points. I'm guessing, 3 points...

Butler has an enrollment of 4200.

My point, exactly. Everyone at that school is in touch with their team, so they will go out and vote for their team.
Then, half the LSU fans will also vote for Butler, so there you go. Done deal

I can't find anyone (outside of LSU fans) who think that LSU will beat Butler.

Its a very favorable matchup for Butler on paper.
no it really isn't, but I'll entertain you. How is this a favorable match up for Butler "on paper"

Because that is what people who like to fatass around think.
