FWIW When Scott shut it down last season KW basically carried our offense.
Wow ... just wow.
And in what game did Scott shut it down last season? Williams "out-rushed" Scott in 2 games ... South Carolina and Arkansas. Against USCe, Williams had 72 yards vs 61 for Scott. Against Arkansas, Williams had 51 yards vs 28 for Scott (JJ had 83 yards!). Don't think I would consider either of these efforts "carrying the offense".
BTW ... to me, Williams has Willie Parker syndrome. He wants to bounce everything outside, but the coaching staff wants him to stick with the play longer. When Williams sticks his nose in the line of scrimmage, good things happen ... something Parker finally learned once he got to the NFL. With today's athletes on both sides of the ball, you can't simply outrun the defense to the corner.

Stupid quote of the week.

Keiland has disappointed at LSU. He seems to be looking for a soft place to fall down. He doesn't have that burst and attitude that CS has. Scott tries to initiate contact. Keiland seems to avoid it at all costs.
They are two different backs. Keiland is a slasher, Scott is a bruiser.

I agree scott is a beast but i am also a keiland fan. If he had one year to be the main back he would turn heads. He reminds me of Joseph Addia "spelling". I think he will contribute a lot this year and be a decent pro he has the tools.

Keiland will not be a productive NFL back. That is all.

It is going to be interesting to say the least, they both HAVE to have a good year if they want to be drafted, especially Williams...so hopefully both are really hitting it hard this off season...

Correct...KW has Willie Parker syndrom...Case in Point: Alabama game...We were up 14-7 and on the Alabama 38 yard line...One yard to go for a first down...What does KW do...He bounced outside and lost two yards...KW has talent but he needs to be more physical at the point of attack...Run up the middle with force...Example...Reggie Bush...He has problems running up the middle...That being said...I hope they both do well this upcoming season...Geaux Tiger...

Meh, I think Keiland has more potential in the pros than Scott. Needs to get some of his quickness back from 2 years ago though.
