LSU will still wear the "Pro Combat" equipment (including jerseys and pants), but they will look the same as our traditional uniforms. The "special" (more like hideous) uniforms is just something Nike does each year to draw more attention to the upgraded equipment.

To you sure, to me, the gold in the helemts looked awesome and even better on TV. The only thing I didn't like about them was there was alittle to much white

It'll probably be just like the meltdown on here.
FWIW...I liked the combat unis, didn't love them. Thought it was cool to see us in a new look. I would kind of like us to have an alternate uni every once in a while.

Thats what happens when your program is Mediocre. You don't have brands trying to market you anymore, and then you slide way off the radar for approximately 11 years and then find yourself hiring a guy like Dinardo and then.....

Good. They look like crap next to our regular uniforms. As a matter of fact, everything looks like crap next to our unis.
