Also read somewhere that in the case he does lose a bunch of games it decreases his buyout, while on the flip side he gets great bonuses for winning. I love an incentive-laden contract.

I read somewhere his contract is 80% guaranteed. I’m sure there are incentive based bonuses, but I highly doubt he’s penalized for not winning.
