He didn't write that. Someone like his agent, publicist or hair stylist wrote that.

my publicist emailed NFLPA
Dear James Thrash and Merton Hanks,
I sit here as an NFL fan disgusted with the state of the league and the direction we have long been headed. Logic would have thought that the league would take action that is fair, unbiased and appropriate for acts committed across the board. IT seems that these priorities are only secondary to satisfying the quench of what the public desires. It appears to me that the NFL acts with a barometer gauging fans’ outcries on what they should act upon. If there’s enough noise surrounding an issue, action must be taken to make appearances that the NFL Is acting appropriately and fairly.
Odell Beckham Jr. Is a model citizen, a model player in the NFL, and has hardly done much to warrant such a harsh first offense punishment. You make a lot of noise in your statement about plays and player safety which sounds really good on paper. As a consumer of the NFL, it was clear to me that Odell Beckham Jr. had a desire to get back at Josh Norman when he was provoked pregame with the taunting of few Panther players and first few plays when Josh Norman slammed him to the ground post whistle with zero referee reprimand. It was clear that precedent was set and Odell had to defend his tough nature the rest of the game. Odell played all the way through the whistle. On several occasions, Josh Norman and Courtland Finnegan were the players that continued non football actions past the whistles because they were upset Odell was playing harder than them during the actual play.
Not discplining appropriately is just as dangerous acting with the sole intentions of appearing to act appropriately. There was one play that warranted a Beckham fine. The spear hit. Pretty clear a flag was the right decision and even a fine. But as one can see throughout the entire game, Beckham had intentions of playing till the whistle. Josh Norman was standing at a pile with a Giant runner being brought to the ground and was making an attempt to strip the ball. Odell saw this as a legal opportunity to block Norman. Odell had a misguided hit as Norman held up. Helmets collided. It’s a public assumption of Odell’s intentions of a spear hit on that play.
Odell is an outstanding person and has better character than the entire 53 man roster of the Panthers combined. This is even proven with his formal apologies issued. It’s appaling that the NFL has decided to take no suspension action against the Steelers 320lb offensive lineman who launched himself at a defender spearing him and actually causing injury on a play. Truth be told, not enough public outrage on the incident to take action. What’s the point right, NFL wouldn’t even get any credit for acting appropriately for Cody Wallace because there wasn’t enough public attention to the issue. Beckham there was. Oh look how much the NFL Cares about Player Safety.
Lastly, its becoming deafening the lack of response from the NFL about player’s taunting each other due to judgement about player’s sexuality. It was reported by numerous media members who had access to private conversations with Odell about his manhood being challenged. Does the NFL not want to step into the light and stand up to the bullying about barbaric ideologies that player’s in your league still carry with them? I guess the league is waiting for enough public outcry, I hope this bumps your barometer.
I’m not watching any NFL games this weekend. No Odell; No fricking care.
Thanks.
