I will have at least 10 people with me, including my 3 AU hosts. Bringing beer, Gentleman Jack, and cash to put in the food kitty.

Well it looks like we will have plenty of grills and food. i'd like to pitch in money for gas (for generator) and food. Does that sound OK or should I bring my own food for the grill?

We are a party of 3... pulling a trip at the last moment. No game tickets yet. But, my flights are confirmed and we'll be there Saturday morning.
I can bring tons of beer...The airlines are picky about grills and such these days

Someone might wanna check with Jac1280 = Jason, because he prob has the better idea of what everyone is bringing or how much food they are bringing. Because if you do a rough count in this thread of how many people are coming, and how many more people they are bringing - you start to see real quick that there will be A LOT of mouths to feed. IMHO food > money, better to have too much than not enough.

im gonna make sure the generator is completely full of gas before i get there and i will have 2 or 3 canisters full of gas so we dont run out.

im thinking we should get some more ppl to pitch in for burgers, chicken, buns, plates, condiments(ketchup, mustard, etc...), charcoal, paper cups and towels....what else?
