So you are saying a 2 loss team who didn’t even win their division should get in over a 1 loss conference champion who beat the 4th ranked team by 3 TDS?

You keep changing what this thread is even about

I hope he’s not that dumb. That’s a no brainer.

What am I changing? The thread is about osu jumping LSU and I said they will
Posted on 11/24/18 at 2:15 pm to BayouBengal1024
I love when the O-crew chalks up that total embarrassment to the "no team can beat Bama" excuse. 12 yards rushing, zero points against a team that had directional schools and SEC bottom feeders scoring points against their starters....Centenary took them into the half tied.

False. Thread is about them jumping LSU after beating Michigan. You keep talking about conference championships.
Pretty confident those aren’t happening today.

It's such an idiots argument to just say "a one loss conference champion" blah blah blah. Who the frick would win their division, or conference with Bama in it this year?? We drummed UGA who's the equivalent of Michigan, if you will. Ohio State's loss is 1000% worse than our two combined. Not sure how that's even arguable

My first post in thread was saying they will jump LSU after blowing out Michigan. You are making shite up
Posted on 11/24/18 at 2:22 pm to kwf9
Maybe not and when LSU wins they will move ahead of Michigan and stay ahead of tOSU

I’ll give you credit for one on topic post if you want it. I’m fair like that.

Assuming they all win out, should be Bama, Clemson, Oklahoma and Ohio State in the playoff. The hell with Notre Lame. No conference, no playoff. Why should they coast into the playoff?

But it’s worth discussing if two “okay losses” are comparable to one really bad one.
Um, who says we have 2 ok losses

Let me throw a hypothetical. Let’s say LSU wins the SEC with one bad 30 pt loss to Auburn on the road. Would you feel ok that a 2 loss Ohio st. (who didn’t even play in their conference title game) got to the playoff instead of us?

Ohio state & Michigan will be ahead of LSU
nope.
Michigan will be below LSU on tuesday.
Bama
Clem
Our lady
Georgia
Okies 5
Ohio state 6
LSU remains 7
Georgia will lose sec champ game
Okies lose again to tex
LSU 5 ny6
I expect Bucky to get by nw.
I'd rather see LSU in ny6 in competitive game than vs Bama.
If Pitt takes out clem and/or nw beats Bucky, LSU can move up enough to not be in v Bama2.
I accept that tamu is toss up.

Why would LSU be ranked ahead?
Blown out by Purdue maybe? Losses matter, awful, awful, awful losses should matter more.

Exactly. Hopefully next year, we won't look worse than every other team against Bama. Like be remotely competitive. Or score a point.
Particularly when Bama's the team we'd face as #4.

Yes, they will have one loss and LSU has two. Plus, Ohio State will play and win their conference championship.
The real argument is who gets the number 4 seed: OSU or OU?

They got blown out by Purdue and should have lost to Maryland who put up 51
I say NO

Why should Michigan not be ahead of LSU?

Exactly. Alabama loss showed the committee we have no pulse on offense.
