I agree with this.
Actually that perfectly explains why the LNG can't do the job. It has nothing to do with the LNG inability, but rather getting the paperwork done/ right.
I don't know how much/ if any military experience you have, but... It is a bureaucratic process. No matter how much something makes sense… in the world of politics, quite frankly it won't.

My son's unit just got back from a year tour in Iraq a month ago. I figured they would be left alone this time but they were activated a few days ago. They are sitting at the unit right now and have been for almost 2 days doing nothing but waiting.
