so that answers my question
Oh, you mean the question that was based on your skewed version of reality? Yes, it did. Unfortunately, you probably think that this proves some point of yours, despite the mountain of evidence otherwise.

no it was straight-forward
how many big (30+ yard) returns against BCS opponents

i never said he wasn't a good kick returner

What you implied was that he wasn't a good punt returner against upper-tier competition. What these claims have stated is that after 2 years of establishing himself as a kickoff return threat, teams opted to kick away from him rather than risk him taking a punt back for a TD.

You didn't respond to the fact that you called him a "near full-time punt returner" for 2.5 years, despite the fact that in 2007 he had ONE punt return, and he has shared punt return duties the whole time.
THEN, you acted like it was impossible to believe that teams weren't intentionally kicking away from him.
THEN, you acted like not having a big return against a good school meant that he was not good. That was the implication, and it was obvious to anyone who is reading this thread.

In addition to the false pretense that he was the full-time punt returner.

Was looking at some stats and noticed that we have not returned a punt against UF since 2006.

By the way, I do think a big special teams play will make the difference in this game. I have a feeling Trindon is about to break one this week. I also wouldnt mind seeing RP back there once just to see what he can do.

do we have any evidence of this other than trindon doesn't return it at a high rate?

a punt or kickoff?
why would anyone ever "feel" like he's going to return a punt for a TD against a good team when he's never threatened it?

What evidence do you need? The fact that he has returned 20 punts in 11 games in 2 years? That's evidence enough that he is not getting return opportunities against decent teams. That is a function of several things:
1. The ability of the punter to put the ball high in the air and for a long distance, thus allowing coverage teams to converge and make returns a poor choice.
2. The coverage team's ability to get to the ball and stuff a return or make the returner decide to fair catch.
3. Sharing time as a punt returner with Chad Jones anytime the return is set up inside the 20 yard line.

because he's not
How do you know? Since we haven't seen it happen, due to lack of opportunities, how can you make that judgment?
Further, look at these stats for the season:
UF has allowed 1 punt return all season, for 0 yards.
Oklahoma has allowed 1 punt return all season, for 8 yards.
Some teams are actually good at stopping punt returns.
LSU? 5 returns, 25 yards (one of those was for 18) -- the other 4, total of 7 yards. Good kick coverage negates the abilities of kick returners, good or bad.
Your argument is lame.

Bumped to remind SFP of his ignorance.
Care to revise your ignorant comments after Trindon's solid play last night (despite his gaffe on the muffed punt)?
