very true ... I really just wanted to find out the part that he had a pretty quick response to that could've been easily lost in his wording ... he has in fact fired and demoted assistant coaches before. That's all I needed to hear.

Didn't get that part in ... it didn't really tie in directly with my question per se and the first part of my question took a little too long to get out in the first place.

For Sure, old Bumpas has been around for 30 years but from my investigation on him I don't think he and Les have crossed paths.
