Yep, and some folks ran out of things to say months ago. I seriously believe some people do not need to be on an internet message board.

The stats are disappointing. I see a lot of you trying to spin it as 'situational' plays but I doubt 100 play scrimmage is just that. Sticking to 7-5 until I'm proven wrong.

Well yeah some take it a little to serious but we established that the other day.
I am getting ready for North Carolina, I have my tickets, I made dinner reservations for the night before, I have all my plans set up and all.

List the positive things that you have said about LSU. I would love to read them. When I see your post count, I know that you are just another blabber mouth kid without a life. Tell us a little about yourself and where you learned your great amount of wealth about college football and coaching.

If you knew how to use a fricking computer and the site, you could look them up for yourself, grandpa abe.

Roger, come on all that dude does is name call and bash others. He offers no actual conversation, it is best to just ignore the trolls.

True.

Are you guys seeing one another? Seems like you both have a lot in common.

I have avoided the Rant during the day because of that, at night there are a few posters you can have an actual conversation with.

If I have caused some of the more repulsive posters to quit posting negative crap all the time to stfu then I am happy.

Not necessarily in that order.
8-4. Ish. Great defense, boring offense. Play in the Cotton or CHick Fil A. Crowton accepts another job, Chavis goes to the NFL and Miles starts again from scratch.

Offense should be improved, I would only worry about a step back from and part of special teams or defense. I mean LSU returns what 4/5 players defensively and 4/5 offensively?
Lots of youth and inexperience on both offense and defense. I know everyone likes to talk about how talented they are but the truth is those that departed were highly regarded recruits at one point as well.

LSU lost some quality last season, more than a lot of people realize. Do think the defense will be pretty damn good though, but the offense is going to struggle again. Probably the season the self professed negi's and posi's will come to blow, that kind of season while the realists wonder why the hell they weren't more like "us." Could get ugly this year.
I will say I think the potential (talent) is enough to keep LSU from a losing season. I think the upside is better than the downside...so 10-2 is more likely IMO than 6-6.

Yeah I did the stars for LSU/Florida/Alabama other day and you could see that LSU is just as talented as those teams.
Posted on 8/15/10 at 1:09 am to tduecen
That is good for a start. Even you guys can learn to play nice. This team is as talented as any team that I have followed in the last 30 something years. Coach Les is steadily upgrading his staff. His hands were tied monetarily this year in making all needed changes. He knows! Contracts are binding and money is short. Ray Charles can see that the Tigers still need to adjust their coaching. Changing head coaches is not always the proper thing to do. We all agree that the players are here and are on the way. Give it time,it will work it's way out.

I am convinced that LSU has as good of talent as anyone. Problem is, most of it is in the skill positions. LSU has an overload of skill position players and has some developing talent on the defensive line. Linebacking corps could be as good as there has been (at LSU) in years. Lack of developed talent among the big uglies could still be LSU's downfall this year on both sides of the ball.
