dude are you blind?
how can you not see that is a catch with at least one foot down?
how do you not see that?
Sorry, I have to apply the standard of the rule book; not some FanTard's version. That picture will be worth a thousand words next year when an LSU receiver's hands are around the ball, ball is not moving, foot is inbounds....and then the ball hits the ground. I'll wait for you to yell "Fumble"!

what the f does that have to do w/ this?

You are exactly right. I remember the Hester catch at Auburn. I screamed fumble. Refs said incomplete even with replay. I think all LSU fans screamed fumble, so what is your point.

I don't know why you guys bother arguing with arrakis. He just wants to irritate people. He knows it was a catch. 95% of the state of Alabama agreed it was a catch. He just wants you to prove it to 100% certainty, and nothing can ever be proven to that certitude. ...Well, nothing other than the fact that arrakis is a douche, which he has proven very eloquently.

Even though that clearly was an INT, it was highly unlikely we would have won that game anyway, without a decent QB and RB.
I think the momentum would have helped us get a TD. People act like our team had no talent last year when it came to these situations.

Julio was touching him from the grassy knolls of the school book suppository.

If you think HD would made a difference your crazy. The outcome of that replay was determined before the ref even went under the hood.
Tuscaloosa is closer to Birmingham than BR..Just sayin'. I agree. That good ole boy ref knew what to do in that situation..if he wanted to get out alive and ref the following week.
go back and look at 2004 and 2006 LSU at Auburn games.

quote:It begins as an instantaneous event in a "hands" catch and must be maintained until the player goes out of bounds. You make it sound like he has to maintain it for a certain amount of time before it's a good catch. That is BS. The instant he catches the ball, as long as he maintains it, it's a good catch. By your way of thinking, no player would ever have a sideline catch.
However, by your definition, a reception is an instantaneous event, not a process.

this thread has provided a wealth of material for me to use next year.

I'll add this to my TheDoc file for next year. It will come in handy
So according to your multiple post you should be bringing these "files" back out in 2011. Because it is clear to see that you are talking about next year. Show me where you are referring to this upcoming football season?? Douche
