Each state is different in the specific verbiage of the DUI/DWI statute. Some say vehicle others say motor vehicle. Differences are huge in both distinctions. As one could get a DUI on a bicycle and the other could not due to the motor requirement.
TX has motor vehicle in their statute with motor vehicle defined as anything that can carry your person on a highway.
Safe to say I think you're good to go; I was a DUI cop for years...dont hate me haha
