people have been fairly unaware of this... but this amount of money has been going from most BCS schools to different recruiting services over teh last few years

It seems high on first glance but it is notably cheaper than hiring additional assistant coaches

The issue in question is whether Oregon actually received scouting information for this bill... or if they were using it as a bribe

Jury is still out on that but the question is very serious
