Run the defense that shut him down to less than 40 yards in his senior year state championship game. He averaged a little over 300. They ran a 3-5-3, too many tacklers for him to break. When you have athletes in the secondary like lsu and good tacklers like lsu, it could be a recipe for success. I would think that in a 3-5-3 lsu would put RJF, Tyson Jackson, and Pittman on the line. Chad Jones, Harry Coleman, Perry Riley, beckwith, and Sheppard at linebacker. And lastly Hawkins, Eugene, and Taylor in the secondary.

AHA - then we will do what ole miss did - outscore them

Seriously though - if the florida defense is not as good as their last year's defense then we should be able to score on them in a shootout, should we not?

There defense was supposed to be "awesome" but I think Ole Miss exposed some weaknesses that Hawaii, Miami, and Tennessee could not figure out.

Yall should win IMO

The rest of uf's offense can't do shite so triple cover him and double cover tebow and we might win.

I've always said that Meyer doesnt distribute the ball well that or the other WRs havent stepped up. And while they are using RBs more Meyer still seems anti-RB for the most part.

We ran a lot of man coverage which left the outside of the field wide open for dump passes. Harvin's going to want to take it to the outside to use his speed. Im hoping we run some zone to keep the outsides of the field locked down and play against the run. Tebow hasn't impressed me this year with his arm yet.

Rotate 5 DL (they will still stay fresh and should be able to take over in the second half), Beckwith (spy Teboy) and Jones (spy Harvin when he is in the backfield) at LB, 4 DB's to cover the WR's and decapitate some gators.

The same way we stopped him last season.

By Pressuring Tebow the receivers never had a chance.

Tebow Last season stats: rushed 16 times 67 yards, completed 12 passes for 158 yards.

One thing that Florida is going to have a hard time with is Charles Scott. Hester had 106 on 23 carries.

Charles Scott> Hester

Whatever we do don't put danny mccray on him in 3rd and long situations. I don't think you can afford to spy him, but if you do, it has to be chad jones. He is fast enough and physical enough to fight through screens. I just don't know if he is disciple enough.

the best way is to run blitz packages and drop the DE into the flat...you make tebow beat you with his arm which he proved he can not do against ole miss

REally??? Tebow can't beat you with his arm???

I can almost guarantee that Tebow is going to be aiming toward Chris Hawkins.

Chris Hawkins needs to become more physical against pass coverage.

Deflecting the ball would be a good start.

The only benefit to having mccray on the field as a nickle back is that he is like having another linebacker on the field.

\The announcers said that Florida had 7 players on the field at one time that could run a 4.3 forty when they played Tenesee.

For all of Floridas harps about their speed, they didn't look particular fast to me! Rainey isn't a better runner than Trindon!
