Vitale thought Tennessee hit a 3 in the final seconds to tie it yesterday.

I miss the good ole days when Joe Dean was calling games for Jefferson-Pilot and you heard that voice call "STRING MUSIC!!!"
Joe B. Hall, after retiring from coaching Kentucky basketball, also did a great job announcing for JP sports broadcasts. He was calling the Kentucky/LSU game in Baton Rouge in (I think) 1989. When he walked into the Assembly Center and across the floor to his seat at the scorers table the whole place erupted into a standing ovation to show our deep respect for him as a coach and as a man.
Dick Vitale will need bodyguards to walk across the floor of the Assembly Center in front of our fans prior to a game after all the shite he stirred last year.
