Bobby Hebert who played QB in the NFL said he would not have been run over because he has a quick release. Doesn't mean he would have been effective but the ability to avoid the rush argument is BS.

Trying something different (also known as "making adjustments") in the face of adversity is often called "good coaching". Not trying equals "bad coaching".

If anyone here doesn't think that it's the right assessment that Jarrett Lee should have came into that game by ATLEAST the middle of the third/late third quarter, then you are insane.
When you have multiple key players on your offense telling reporters that it should have happened, just about every single person in the media saying it should have happened, and just about every single fan saying it (especially on an issue that's been split and argued about as much as this one has the last couple of seasons)....then you've have to see that it was a VERY poor decision to not put him in the game.
I don't think anyone's trying to say that we would have won that game last night if Jarrett Lee played, but more so that it would give us a MUCH better chance of winning if we did.
It's the national championship game. I'll take the chance of some interceptions, if it means going down with a fight. We went down not swinging last night and it was embarrassing to our football team and our program in general.
