4. In just six days, we’ll find out how it all shakes out. With that number in mind, here is a fun fact related to the number six. LSU has won six Top 10 matchups this season (No. 9 Texas, No. 7 Florida, No. 9 Auburn, No. 3 Alabama, No. 4 Georgia, No. 4 Oklahoma). Clemson has one win over a top-10 team (No. 2 Ohio State).

Clemson is Battle Tested and their #1 defensive ranking is based on playing the best of the best!

He is the 34th best prospect per CBS. He easily could go in the first round.

Simmons is a stud, there is no doubt about that. However I think the other LBs are a weakness that CEH and Moss can exploit

AJ Terrell will be 1st round
DK will probably go first round next year or after his senior year.
I will give you S but I think Wallace and Muse is a better Duo.
Our DL has 5 stars all over it and I'm sure y'alls as well.

67 of his 107 yards came on a single run. Outside of that, he had 15 carries for 40 yards

He does have 500 yards rushing on the season though

It's not like he's incapable of contributing with his legs

This is a dumb argument. The Clemson team that is stepping on the field NEXT MONDAY...has never played in the CFB playoffs. Its a DIFFERENT TEAM. Last years team isn't playing.

Now as far as the OP goes...

I have no doubt that the Clemson WR will still make some plays. They are great players with a great QB.

The matchup however is favorable for both Stingley and Fulton. Both those guys struggle (such as they struggle) with WR like the Bama ones...track speed guys that can get in and out of breaks quickly. Thats not the Clemson guys. Clemsons guys are big and physical. They aren't slow but they aren't gonna be able to run away from Fulton or Stingley. I agree with the Collin Johnson comp (though both guys are better than him I think.)

Lawerence is very good at throwing contested balls to the sidelines that his WRs are able to catch. However Stingley has an uncanny ability to turn his head around and make a play on the ball. I think he has a big INT in this game

With Third and Aranda's rush 3 drop 8, it's a moot point and a long night. If we don't pressure Clemson, we are in trouble. Hit Lawrence hard and OFTEN!!!

our slot receiver is Amari Rodgers. He is similar to CEH in build and running style. We haven't used him nearly enough the last half of the season. He is Tee Martin's son - Tenn's National Championship QB.

He had ACL reconstruction 9 months ago.

I have no problem seeing why you are favored by 7.

As for experience - Lawrence didn't have any last year. You have played in plenty of pressure situations.

Good luck!

Find me in New Orleans and I will be happy to buy a round and talk football.

I agree. If Stingley shuts them down, they will go to the other side and the slot.

Higgs is 4.75

Ross is 4.9

Stingley, Vincent and Fulton are all 4.3 guys

They could run for 250, play ball control and solid defense.

I agree I'm just saying we are not delusional. We win and have for years. We expect to win and with good reason. Many of our guys were on last year's team. We heard the same crap last year about how Bama was going to beat us by 20 points and that they are the best team ever. Here we are again. I understand why y'all believe y'all will beat us badly im just trying to open ur eyes so you will not be let down if y'all only beat us in a close game or if we win in a close game.
