Miles is not the play caller. In a perfect world we would have a full time OL and OC. But we have Steve Kragthorpe with all his credentials coaching QB's. Its working. Again 23-3. The offense played well against Bama. Thanks to Hurst being a punk and Faulk going down we didnt have any chemistry in the OL capable of beating Florida. Florida is the hardest hitting team we played, they can beat anybody.Plus Mettenberger was terrible again no confidence because no time in the pocket to see the field. It is wrong that we have to Fla every yr, what a disadvantage for both schools.
Our offensive design is power running. When u have a run first ball control offense matched with these mini NFL defenses in the SEC, especially the DB's. It is understandable why many of the 5 star recruits wanna play in conferences like the Big XII. Can u really blame, Ricky Jean Seals for choosing to play in the Aggie system with Johnny football, where he can break school records, versus coming to LSU and go against the best defenses in the country each week. Schools like us and Alabama will continue to struggle to find elite OOS WR's and QB's.
