C'mon dude. I'm sure Mettenberger could have filled in just fine. This team was 13-0 and arguably the best team in LSU history not because of the QB play. This team was flat out awesome everywhere else. We all knew going into the season we were average AT BEST at QB, no matter who was in there. This over the top, hyperbolic praise for Lee is pretty comical really.
