It all sounds good!!! I now need to know where to find you folks gameday. I need your parking info and vehical make, color, and model.

Don't like to spend gameday cooking, so usually stick with something you can cook at home and throw in a crock pot to keep warm...jambalaya, chili, boudin, etc. The only thing we usually do storebought is boudin balls. You know what they say about the deep south...we'll deep fry anything.

OK, I am now hungry. If anybody is interested, I have enough catering equipment to cook for over a thousand people. I have a smoker on a trailer that will ccok over 750 chicken quarters at a time, a 45 gallon tilt skillet (great for gumbo, jambalaya, red beans & rice, etc), a 48" griddle, convection oven, char broiler, and propane burners. I would love to use some of this for tailgating this year and would not mind sharing it.
