Now that you mention it, it's probably 2012. Is that the class with the N.O crew? Sorry down in Orlando with too many drinks!

I'm in colorado without alcohol (only 17). Way to remind me that the cupboard is bare in the state (again) and that it sucks to be a minor, bastard.

LOL, I'll drink one for you. Pretty depressing that Monroe is the last national recruit out of La.

Thanks, I guess.
but, yeah; it pisses me off when tiger20 and his Brady-loving minions nullify the fact that the state has blown talent-wise since TJ has been here

Isn't it the responsibility of the coach to go recruit where the talent is located. Trent has spent most of his career in areas other than Louisiana. Are those areas also barren of talent? What if this year was a third year with few big time players? Does he get a pass for three years? Would Brady get the same courtesy?

Let's see, shall we? You have sub-par fan support, a UFO for an arena, he started the recruiting trail with a losing team, and who other than Randolph did Brady bag out-of-state? He shouldn't be culpable for the poor talent level LA has advertised over the past two years. Next season won't be any better, and I bet he'll go and snag a turner/stringer-caliber recruit. Sorry about the late response. My dad has the mac, so I'm typmg on my iPhone.

The basktball gods are punishing you fans for the way that you treated Coach Brady. JB left us a conference championship team and you are still bitching at him.

Apparently all who can't post on this board regarding LSU basketball without making a derogatory comment about Brady and who can't speak positively of Trent Johnson without disparaging Brady.

Why not just have labeled the thread's title "Calling T20, Bad Cat, Beatles, Bobby Moore,etc..?"
Brady threads..like bees to pollen.

Listen, you polytheistic prick.
nobody wouldve had a problem with the steamroller if he couldve locked up over half of the influx of talent he had to "cherry pick" in the state. How do I know? We would have been so badass, nobodly would have given two shits about his coaching ability. Everyone would be too busy watching Greg Monroe slamming shite down and his smoking hot wife strutting her shite around the pmac. However, because Brady couldn't seize the opportunity the basketball gods gave him with all the LA talent, he got canned

Why do people make derogatory comments about rady on a regular basis? Maybe-just maybe-when the pack of rantards summon to flame away on TJ, they have to be reminded that Brady left absolutely no bench for Tj to lay any foundation with. Again, I'm posting from my iPhone, so patience is a virtue

Brady has been gone almost two years, this is Trent Johnson's program not John Brady's. Now if you want to see a moribund program take a look at what was left to John Brady in 1997 after four straight losing seasons.
It must be noted that at this same point in his tenure Brady had signed Stromile Swift, Jabari Smith, Jermaine Williams, Collis Temple III, Brad Bridgewater, Lamont Roland, Brian Beshara, Marquis Ledoux and Willie Anderson. Trent Johnson had signed Chris Bass, Eddie Ludwig and Aaron Dotson.

Players who could be on this year's team:
Jmison Morgan # 25 prospect in 2008
Tommy Mason Griffith # 46 prospect in 2009
Brandon Mitchell - dual sport star
Delwan Graham
Alex Farrar
Brady is not responsible for the loss of these players.

By listing even Johnson, you might as well add voogd to the list. You act as if Morgan and mason-griffin wore the purple and gold. What you fail to mention is that he wouldn't have had to go get half of those guys if he wouldve just locked down the damn state. Besides, all of the oos recruits TJ has signed have/are in the rivals 150, so he isn't doing too shabby of a job going out of LA to recruit, either
Posted on 12/29/09 at 11:22 pm to tigerbait2010
Graham was a stoner. Farrar?
Morgan has done very litle ucla (albeit, he has battled the injury bug.). TMG is te only one on that list producing, and bass/Spencer have done an adequete job at the pg position, anyway. Ssssoo, is Brady not responsible for losing dunn, white, Monroe, and the many other great talents in this state?

What players did he not sign besides teh New Orleans area players who have always eschewed LSU for out of stte schools regardless of the coach

I don't have a problem with any of those recruits, it is a good group but still believe they need a super star or will be Vanderbilt south.

They were signed or commited. I fthey did not honor their pledges it was up to Johnson to replace them, not Brady.
What business does a Georgia fan have criticizing an LSU basketball coach?
Especially a coach who recruited 3 SEC championship teams, 4 SEC West champs, a Final Four and Sweet 16 team all while leading the program through draconian NCAA sanctions. What does Georgia have to show for the decade - one SEC tourney title won in a deserted high school gym in it's backyard.

Well no shite voogd wouldn't be on this team. I was commenting on the "talented" group of oos guys you listed. I was referring to Chris Johnson, again, responding to your oos list. Dunn, Carter, and white aren't from the NO area. There are more, but I'm not going to "google" on my iPhone right now the players who have left this state for other FBS schools. I'm doing pre-pharmacy at LSU for three years, then finishing up at UGA (explanation for the UGA icon).
