Thanks for your comments. It's nice to hear about how well opposing fans were treated other than the often claimed-but-never-proven horror stories. Perhaps we can put y'all on our sked in a few years for a night game so ASU fans can get the feel of what Tiger tailgating and game day atmosphere is all about. Gustav kinda messed things up for you.

Here's to all the App State fans we saw today. You are first class. Sorry we couldn't show you our regular tailgate, gameday experience. Good luck with your season.

1AAchamps, I visited with a lot of Mountaineer fans and they were all great.

Matter of fact, we ended up with a lot of extra beer outside of the stadium and offered a lot of App fans walking by. We must have had 20 take us up. I asked a couple if they posted on forums and one said yes. Asked about TD and he said yes again- he' Sumpin "91"....AppStfan91? Don't remember.

Anyway, had great coversations with them all.

Some fans may be a-holes but Tiger Stadium is the best experience in the land.

Just got back an hour ago. Thanks for the experience. All the tiger fans were great. The only trash talk we got was from some students but that is expected since we were too. Your DL is too big, too fast, too good. Our OL couldn't keep you guys away from AE. Anyways, thanks for the good time and goodluck the rest of the season. More importantly, be safe during Gustav and I hope for the best for you guys and your families.

You guys were very classy visitors-some of our SEC brethern could take notes. And you definitely brought some hot ladies with you. There were more than a couple in black sundresses that made me...

I must agree whole heartedly with about all I read in this thread. I had a blast despite the odd circumstances. I really hate that the game was moved and everyone felt the need to 'get in and get out'. I can tell you guys do it up right. To the guys/gals that I met I say thank you for the hospitality. Nothing but class the entire time. Your team is a force to be reckoned with. I hate that we didn't show a bit better but I think that was about 90% of you guys fault. Big and fast...I don't think I have ever been treated nicer...Thanks again and I hope you guys have a great year. Stay safe in the storm and cheer for us when you get the chance...Here is to both of us repeating

ETA: ...that we didN'T show..

to ASU fans as well. I am certainly and ASU fan from this point on and will be screaming (almost as loud) for you to win your 4th. Glad you had a good time and made it back safely. Don't forget to drop by the rant from time to time.

thanks to the LSU fans for their hospitality, before Sat i had never traded moonshine for jello shots in syringes! thanks to the LSU team for giving us the opportunity to play. you folks have a remarkable team, stadium, and atmosphere. i will say despite drinking 10 quarts of water at $5 a pop i still wilted in the heat, but stayed until the bloody end. personally i hope LSU goes undefeated and unscored on the rest of the way.
PEACE AND BEST OF LUCK

Congrats to the Apps...met some nice Appy college kids at our hotel. They seemed to be having a good time but really missed out on TS at night. Good luck to your team and try to get your coaching staff to put Alabummer on the schedule so that Tiger fans can descend on Boone to help you beat those shitheads...lol
