What if the Hat has been the problem and for Bama game he let Crowton loose?

Would you still want GC gone if LSU's offense continued to perform like it did in the second half of the game against 'Bama?

Not sure. I've seen the rumors flying about Les meddling, but I'm not convinced one way or the other. If so, maybe Les will take the hard lesson learned and continue to let GC do his thing. Though, as others have pointed out, GC's track record at other programs doesn't exactly inspire confidence. I've got mixed feelings, but I think if we get a decent QB coach who understands what GC is trying to do, we'll be pretty damn good....

Doesn't really make sense because of Miles' "CEO" style of coaching, and GC has done this everywhere he has coached before. Miles has been encroaching on Crowton's playcalling i think and rightfully so, I'm just ready for the BG era to begin and fast

Yea, your probably right and a change sure can't make things worse.

Just another perspective.

If a bunch of people keep bringing up the same point every week for over a year, I think it no longer should qualify as "another perspective."

Consider: perhaps the last game is the first time (since Perilloux's departure) that either QB has finally turned their perspective corners...and from here on we could see more of the same successful passing game.

the QB's both had good games, but they had some very wide open receivers to throw to...now if the wide open receivers were more Crowton recognizing tendencies with the other D vs. the other D blowing coverage, then I may be willing to consider giving him another shot next year.

if Crowton hadn't shown this same pattern before, multiple times, I might by into it.
