Wade said in an earlier interview this season on jordys show that the more success we have the more paranoid he gets. That’s what most great coaches are like, they’re perfectionist. Of course there have been laid back alltime coaches like Phil Jackson and Bill Walsh but most are obsessive.

That’s not a knock on O imo either. Wade is just that good. And for me I’ve been pretty darn impressed with O so far. But just not completely sold just yet.

Don’t even bring up O, he’s not even in Wade’s league. Wade will have schools falling over themselves to hire him, O wouldn’t even get an interview at places like Fresno State or USF.

Saban revolutionized LSU Football just like WW is doing with LSU basketball and Skip did with baseball. Once in a lifetime, generational coaches.

Wonder if O is sincerely happy for Wade/success of the basketball program. Or if he's pissed and resentful b/c he's being overlooked right now with all the limelight and attention going toward the more successful coach in Wade.

That being said, Wade is damn impressive as a coach, OP is right... such things translate to almost any sport.
