I'm actually impressed he managed to fool everyone like he did, including the media. Ponamsky is a damn genius and deserves credit for what he achieved here. Unfortunately he may have just undone the program for a decade.

If he wanted the job so badly, why was a $12 million buyout part of the deal? I don't think his record as a head coach warranted this.
