Well this is just 1 guy, and taking him away drops us to .217. I would also like to see how taking the leading hitter away from each team affects the team average.
I would be surprised if it's more than a drop from .245 to .217 though

We are right under Florida. The only thing UF does differently is hit a shite ton of HRs (which is important and can be associated with recruiting).

Obviously it's important that we have an every day guy tied for the league lead in BA, but to say that it isn't a big deal that the other guys on the team collectively at .217 is wrong

It's a huge deal. We are lacking in offensive production as it is, but when he has a bad game, we really shyte the bed. I agree, katz and nola should improve.
