That guy has the right side of the argument. Paul deflected to a bunch of rambling bullshite about golf because he could not dispute the facts.
All he has to say is "Paul, this is about football, not golf. you know you have lost this argument on college football."
LSU at Alabama should have served as a playoff game..since CFB has no playoff
Alabama should have been out...period.
But now, without a real playoff, we can judge quality of losses to invalidate the losses? Awesome.
Oklahoma State DID deserve the chance as the champion of one of the top 2 conferences that also had NOT had a shot to play the top team.

And now the next Bama tard calls in and compares "mulligan losses" when OK State WON their league. Alabama lost their league with a defeat AT HOME to the number one team.
The Bama B.S. doesn't fly. And I know this is Gump Shock Jock Radio, but the argument should be with the voters who don't get how the current system - no matter how lacking - is SUPPOSED to work.

Paul tried to used golf as an analogy, saying that some elite golfers have never won high profile tournaments. Is that fair?
That makes no sense in this argument, because the elite golfers he mentioned DID have the opportunity to play in the high profile tournaments.

Oklahoma State beat the teams they had to beat to win their conference (one of the top two with the SEC) and finished with the same record against Alabama after playing a more difficult schedule. That doesn't even take into account a loss on the road on the day of a school tragedy.
By the way, Alabama played a garbage schedule where their only really impressive win is Arkansas at home. But I'm just throwing that part in there to pile on at this point.
