Another view.
From the pictures, it doesn't look like it attaches to the ramp itself, just the East Upper concourse, which attaches to the ramp. See below, new ramp connects in red.

Exactly what I see. So I wonder if they will allow people to enter the new south upper from the east upper ramp.

This was the best view that I could find. It's from August 28 and shows the new addition being built around the ramp.
It does look like they could connect the ramp at the top with the new addition, but I haven't found anything that illustrates this.

The staricase in this picture appears to be where the circle is in the 2nd pic.

Agreed. Because based on the early construction in this pic...
...I see no evidence of a ramp built into the new SEZ expansion.

When complete I do not think you will ever see the Window in question. The Purpose of the Design of the Ramps were that they can be used for the SEZ Expansion.
