At this rate, they should've just built a brand new stadium. With two new upper decks, a potential south upper deck with more suites.
The lower bowl should;ve been replaced too.

They also need to hide that exposed pvc pipe in the front of the stadium. Looks half-assed.

The pedestrian mall on N. Stadium drive and the exterior facelift have been in the works for a long time. I hope Alleva is mentioning these things because they are going to happen soon.

My wish list:
1. The North end zone exterior needs to be cleaned and updated: exterior concreted, gates, awnings, windows, fixtures, sidewalks, etc... (see new Alex Box for aesthetic details)
2. South end zone exterior needs to be wrapped in a facade similar to the North end zone (use Alex Box for aesthetic details)
3. New scoreboards (see Auburn's setup).
4. The ramps, concourses, bathrooms, and concessions all need updating. Would be nice to see the interior ramps screened in with something to hide the "guts" of the stadium.
4. Chain-link fence around the stadium needs to go, if the AD wants to keep the setup use wrought iron. The glass fencing under the west upper is out of place as well.
5. What happened to the banners hanging on the east upper?
6. Replace the chain link fence on the top of the north end zone. That is embarrassing.
7. White pipe under west upper, do something with it.

I hate purely contrived architectural details.
The SEZ exterior has looked the way it looks for more than 50 years. Therefore, it's okay by me.
Otherwise, good suggestions.

I guess they'd have to make sure at least a couple of the old exterior windows remain functional.

since it's on victory hill, why not victory hill lane/drive/road/parkway/....
