We have been sucking from the tit of the football gods for too long and we have become drunk with listlessness. And the student section is fricking pathetic. Not to say the club sections are much better. I sit in the south endzone and there are people who get mad at us every game for standing and cheering!!!!! fricking O'Doyle's they will get theirs soon enough.

Don't get me started on the Greek a-holes. Close contest between them and the Necks as to who wins the "most annoying" category..........

Tiger Stadium didn't build its reputation through the years by having foul mouthed fans. Rather, LSU fans cheered vehemently for their Tigers and "Tiger Baited" opposing fans and teams. All of that is in good fun. When an opposing fan has to look over their shoulder or is frightened to come to Baton Rouge, something is simply wrong with that and its disheartening that some people believe it should be that way. While you should be loud and supportive of the Tigers, a rational fan should not curse or threaten other fans (although some good-natured "Tiger Baiting" and ribbing is okay).

Do you believe opposing fans should be afraid to come to Tiger Stadium?

No doubt. If the idiots in charge would stop cracking down on the students bringing in bourbon, things would get back to normal there. I miss the flying cups of jack and coke.

Yes...because that's exactly his point. You either have to scream frick YOU at women and children wearing the wrong colors, or you're ruining the reputation of Tiger Stadium.

Yep...makes sense.

I thought, and I would hope, that Death Valley is not famous for intimidating opposing fans, but rather for intimidating opposing TEAMS and the PLAYERS on said TEAMS.

Every homegame we get fans of the other school on here asking what not to do and even contemplating not making the trip because of the "stories" they have heard and i for one love it. You never hear that from any other stadiums. Thats called intimidation and every visiting fan feels it when they step on campus.
Problem is that half the student body is female and half of the other half (a quarter of the total) are nerds and/or puzzies.

Loud as hell at first and empty at the end.

That's what I know Tiger Stadium as.
