That's the difference though JJ doesn't throw picks at important parts of the game.

yeah with one sustained drive and one completed pass that in the air went more than 8 yards

there were some fumbles and untimely penalties that kind of helped stall some drives as I recall. There really weren't many drives that stalled on account of Jefferson. He was on target for the most part (or 70% plus two drops part)

So the defense giving up 400 passing yards is Jeffersons fault?

We will put Vandy away and JL will see his first action last six minutes of the game. Until JL proves he won't turn it over, he's doing mop up. Plus, we need JJ's legs in this offense.

What is really dumb about it is that Jefferson just put in a pretty solid performance.

the question is when will Crowton take the training wheels off the offense? JJ can be solid in this offense every game, and we'll be 112th again. JJ has to show the ability to consistently get the offense into a rhythm and efficiently move it down the field. It's pretty obvious that Crowton doesn't trust either QB at this point.

yeah you're gonna have a high % if you're passing it 5 yards every time

I'm all for gving Lee a shot. I'm a Jarret Lee fan. But give him playing time when the game is completely in hand and the outcome of the game is in no way in question.

He only counts the ones that JJ had!

I think Lee would have thrown some strikes downfield against UNC, there was a point in the second half where I thought Les would give him a shot!

but do you not agree that Jefferson put in a pretty solid, not spectacular, but solid performance.

once again....when did I say it would be his fault?

He'd be part to blame for being in the game if hes not passing well. Not sure whats so hard to understand. You also ignore my question.....

What if Jefferson throws 3 straight picks?

Remember when we had this exact same discussion all of last year?
Remember when lee finally got to start at home against LA Tech no less?
What would Lee have to do for you to say admit that maybe he's not very good?
geniunely curious...

average at the very very best. UNC was missing their entire secondary and we had one pass that in the air was more than 8 yards

Shouldn't you blame Crowton then?

I think you have the wrong qb

Lee would be the one who's thrown 4 picks in one game, not Jefferson.

his decision making process right now is killing him, Lee when playin with the first team in scrimmage this year made fast quick throws, I would have loved to have seen him do that to UNC!

remember when JLee sat on the bench for an entire year?
remember when our offensive production ranked 112th?

We're currently at 86th, and UNC was woefully undermanned.
